# Contact

`Contact` is a public class in `SAIF.Business.CCClaimDataAPI` that models a claim-related contact payload, including identity data, addresses, phone channels, lifecycle dates, and related contacts.

## Purpose
- Stores contact identity fields such as public IDs, user IDs, tax IDs, names, suffix, display name, and gender.
- Carries home, mailing, and primary address objects plus phone, fax, work, and email channels.
- Captures provider, EFT, validity, termination, and active-status metadata for the contact record.
- Represents related people through guardian, power-of-attorney, and dependent linkage fields.

## Behavioral notes
- All members are auto-implemented properties; the source file contains no validation, formatting, or lookup logic.
- `Guardian` and `PowerOfAttorney` can reference additional `Contact` instances, allowing nested relationship data inside the payload.
- Address-bearing members use the separate `Address` type rather than flattening address fields onto the contact.

## Constraints and usage notes
- Reference-type members such as `PrimaryAddress`, `HomeAddress`, `MailingAddress`, `Guardian`, and `PowerOfAttorney` may be left unset until populated by callers.
- The source file does not enforce consistency between lifecycle fields such as `ValidFrom`, `ValidTo`, `TerminationDate`, and `IsActive`.
