Behavioral notes

  • The class delegates authorization checks to the pk82350_eft Oracle package instead of reimplementing EFT eligibility logic in VB code.
  • Public helpers return either authorization sequence numbers or boolean or count-style authorization state.

Constraints and usage notes

  • Callers must provide the worker, beneficiary, or provider identifiers expected by the selected helper.
  • Authorization-type codes determine which EFT authorization branch is evaluated.
