# clsCityStateCountyInfo

`clsCityStateCountyInfo` is the DTO used for ZIP lookup results. Each instance represents one fixed-width row parsed from the vendor service response.

## Purpose
- Hold one city/state/county combination returned by ZIP-based lookup.

## Public members

## Behavioral notes
- `clsCleanAddress.FindCityStateInfoByZip()` creates one instance per returned row and populates it from fixed-width substrings.

## Constraints and usage notes
- Property values depend on the vendor service preserving the expected 55-character row layout.
