SQL-019: clsXDeferredPrint.DeleteSQL¶

Deletes a single row from XDEFERRED_PRINT by its primary key (XDEFERRED_SEQ_NUM). This is the live delete path for clsXDeferredPrint.BeforeDelete. Note: AfterDelete for this class has its row-count contention check commented out — no live post-delete validation applies for this specific delete.
