# SAIFMaskEditBindingArgs

This SAIF-specific mask-edit argument carrier extends `clsObjectBindingArgs` with the two settings the SAIF mask binders need beyond the shared base metadata: which control property should participate in the bind and what object-side data type the selected control property should convert into. The manager uses the same class for both classic `WebMaskEdit` and modern `WebMaskEditor` SAIF-variant registrations.

## Purpose
- Select the SAIF mask control member the binder should read and write.
- Supply the source-side data type used when converting the chosen mask value.
- Keep SAIF mask binding configuration reusable across both classic and modern editor families.

## Context
- Namespace: `SAIF.Presentation.Web.Binding`
- Assembly/package: `SAIF.Presentation.Web.Binding.Infragistics103` (embedded/bundled as source, not independently packaged)

## Public members
| Member | Signature | Purpose |
| --- | --- | --- |
| TargetPropertyDataType | `Public Property TargetPropertyDataType() As ObjectDataType` | Defines the source-side data type the selected mask control property should convert into. |
| New | `Public Sub New(ByVal inControlBindProperty As ControlBindProperty, ByVal inTargetDataType As ObjectDataType)` | Creates a complete SAIF mask binding configuration from the control member choice and target data type. |

## Behavioral notes
- The constructor sets both the inherited `ControlBindProperty` choice and the SAIF-specific target type in one step.
- The same type is reused by manager overloads for both modern `WebMaskEditor` and classic `WebMaskEdit` SAIF variants.

## Constraints and usage notes
- Use this type when the binder must target a specific SAIF mask property such as `RawText`, `PhoneValue`, or another non-default member.
- Non-SAIF mask editors use `WebMaskEditBindingArgs` or `WebMaskEditorBindingArgs` instead.
