# UltraGridBindingArgs

This classic-grid argument carrier packages the `UltraWebGrid` control reference and its bound collection so the manager can register grid bindings through one reusable object instead of a long parameter list. It inherits the common bind-property and bind-direction metadata from `clsObjectBindingArgs`, which the classic grid binder uses to identify records inside the collection.
