clsWebNumericEditBinder

This binder connects the classic Infragistics v10.3 WebNumericEdit control to the shared SAIF binding pipeline, allowing pages to choose both the numeric control member used for synchronization and the target object data type that should receive the edited value. It is the legacy InfragisticsClassicControls numeric-editor implementation rather than the newer InfragisticsControls editor counterpart.

Purpose

• Synchronize a classic WebNumericEdit control with a bound property using the numeric control member selected by NumericControlProperty.
• Convert edited values back into string, nullable-decimal, or typed numeric targets based on binder configuration.
• Support event-driven write-back through ValueChange when UseEvents is enabled.

Behavioral notes

• ObjectToControl() supports a broad set of numeric editor members (Text, Value, ValueByte, ValueDecimal, ValueDouble, ValueFloat, ValueInt, ValueLong, ValueShort) so calling code can align binding with the control configuration.
• For ObjectDataType.NullableDecimal combined with NumericControlProperty.ValueDouble, a Nothing object value is rendered as Double.NaN in the control.
• ControlToObject() has a dedicated nullable-decimal branch that writes Nothing when the editor text is empty and otherwise persists ValueDecimal.

Constraints and usage notes

• Choose NumericControlProperty and TargetDataType consistently with the bound property type to avoid runtime conversion failures.
• The constructor taking WebNumericEditBindingArgs configures binder settings but does not attach the WebNumericEdit control or bind source; those still need to be assigned.
• Validation formatting and error collection come from inherited clsObjectBinderBase behavior rather than numeric-editor-specific logic.
