# clsWebNumericEditorBinder

This binder connects the modern Infragistics `Infragistics.Web.UI.EditorControls.WebNumericEditor` family to SAIF business-object properties, replacing the classic `WebNumericEdit` path for pages that use the newer editor stack. It can project and consume several numeric value channels, preserves nullable-decimal handling, and keeps the editor on the shared reflection, event, and validation infrastructure supplied by `clsObjectBinderBase`.

## Purpose
- Bind numeric business-object properties to a modern Infragistics numeric editor using the control property that best matches the stored type.
- Support special reverse-binding cases for string-backed and nullable-decimal targets.
- Reuse inherited validation and event wiring while specializing numeric conversion behavior.

## Behavioral notes
- When `TargetDataType` is `NullableDecimal`, `ObjectToControl()` writes `Double.NaN` to `ValueDouble` for a `Nothing` source value instead of forcing zero.
- `ControlToObject()` treats an empty editor text box as `Nothing` for nullable-decimal targets and otherwise writes the editor's `ValueDecimal` into a nullable wrapper.
- For non-string, non-nullable targets, reverse binding follows `NumericControlProperty` so the editor channel selected for reads also determines the outbound value shape.

## Constraints and usage notes
- The constructor overload that accepts `WebNumericEditorBindingArgs` configures target-type and control-property behavior but does not attach `BindSource`, `BindProperty`, or the control instance by itself.
- Successful conversion depends on callers choosing a `NumericControlProperty` compatible with the actual bound object property type.
- String targets use the editor `Text` value for reverse binding even when object-to-control projection used a numeric value channel.
