# clsWebTextEditBinder

This binder adapts the classic Infragistics v10.3 `WebTextEdit` control so the page-level binding manager can synchronize plain-text or value-backed editor content with a business-object property. It belongs to the legacy `InfragisticsClassicControls` generation rather than the newer `InfragisticsControls` text-editor family.

## Purpose
- Synchronize a classic `WebTextEdit` control with a bound business-object property.
- Support text-oriented and value-oriented binding modes through `ControlBindProperty`.
- Optionally write edits back immediately by hooking `ValueChange` when `UseEvents` is enabled.

## Behavioral notes
- `ObjectToControl()` treats `Text` and `RawText` the same way, loading both from `GetObjectValueAsString`; other control-bind selections use the editor's `Value` member.
- `ControlToObject()` mirrors that split by writing either the editor text as a string or the underlying editor value as an object.
- The binder relies on the same `ValueChange` event path for both text-oriented and value-oriented synchronization.

## Constraints and usage notes
- Use a `ControlBindProperty` consistent with the target property type so the chosen control member can round-trip successfully.
- This binder only exposes the explicit parameterless constructor on its public surface.
- Validation formatting and error collection come from inherited `clsObjectBinderBase` behavior rather than text-editor-specific logic.
