# HoverPicture

`HoverPicture` pairs an `Image` trigger with a content-only `HoverPanel` popup, and is the direct base class of `HoverHelp`, which specializes it to bind hover content from the `clsHelpText` business object.

## Purpose
- Renders an image that, on hover, shows a `HoverPanel` popup containing `ContentText`, giving pages an icon-driven hover-content trigger (as opposed to `HoverLabel`'s text-label trigger).
- Provides the `Fill(String)` convenience method used by consumers to set the popup's content text directly.
