Both `IBusinessCriteria` implementations in this library (`clsHelpText.Criteria`, `clsHelpTextCollection.Criteria`) implement only `RetrieveSQL`; their `CreateSQL`/`InsertSQL`/`UpdateSQL`/`DeleteSQL` properties are unsupported stubs that throw `ApplicationException` rather than execute SQL, so no Create/Update/Delete tables are populated below.
