# AlphaNumericCharacter

`AlphaNumericCharacter` identifies which letter or digit group a `SAIFAlphaNumericLinkControl`-generated link represents, using ASCII character codes for the letters (`A`=65 through `Z`=90) and dedicated values for the digit links.

## Purpose
- Provide a single strongly-typed value that `SAIFLinkButton.Value` and `SAIFAlphaNumericLinkControl.LinkClicked` use to communicate which alphabet-bar segment was clicked.

## Behavioral notes
- Only the `A`–`Z` values and `Number` are actually produced by `SAIFAlphaNumericLinkControl.CreateChildControls`; the individual `Num0`–`Num9` values exist in the enum but are not assigned to any generated link*.

## Constraints and usage notes
- Consumers handling `LinkClicked` should expect only `A`–`Z` or `Number` values in practice, based on current control logic*.
