HoverHelpPopupPosition enumerates the eight screen-relative anchor points a SAIFHoverHelp popup can be positioned at relative to its help icon.

Purpose

• Give SAIFHoverHelp.PopupPosition a closed, self-documenting set of valid anchor positions for the rendered popup.
