# TabSettings

`TabSettings` is the serializable per-tab data model used internally by `SAIFTabs` (unlike `SAIFTabBarTab`, which serves the same role for `SAIFTabBar`), holding the tab's text, associated content `DivID`, selection state, and rendering hints, added to the control's tab list via `AddTab`/`InsertTab`.

## Purpose
- Hold the imperative, code-added state for a single tab within `SAIFTabs`, including the ID of the content `<div>` the host page shows/hides for that tab.

| `ClientID` | `Property ClientID As String` | The rendered client-side ID of the tab's link, used to match postback clicks back to this model. |

| `Width` | `Property Width As Integer` | Explicit pixel width applied to the rendered tab. |
| `Visible` | `Property Visible As Boolean` | Controls whether the tab renders at all. |
| `Index` | `Property Index As Integer` | The tab's position within `SAIFTabs`' internal list. |

## Behavioral notes
- Constructed and populated by `SAIFTabs.AddTab`/`InsertTab`; not intended to be constructed directly by consuming pages*.

## Constraints and usage notes
- `ClientID` must match the actual rendered link's client ID for `SAIFTabs.LinkButtonClick` to correctly resolve the clicked tab.
