# clsMenuCategoryCodeCollection

A collection of every `clsMenuCategoryCode`, used to populate category-selection lists in menu-administration screens and to resolve categories referenced by [BR-MENU-024](../../business-rules.md#br-menu-024-lazy-loaded-navigation-properties).

## Purpose
- Loads and holds the full set of menu category codes retrieved via [SQL-018](../../sql/SQL-018-retrieve-all-menu-category-codes.md).
