# MethodValidator

`MethodValidator` is the delegate signature an application implements for cross-field or whole-object validation logic tied to a `clsCustomValidator` instance.

## Purpose
- Let an application run arbitrary validation logic against `target` (typically the `clsCustomValidator` itself) and populate `inErrors` ([BR-BIND-052](../../business-rules.md#br-bind-052-method-validator-false-marks-error)).
