# PropertyValidator

`PropertyValidator` is the delegate signature an application implements to add custom, property-level validation messages without subclassing a binder.

## Purpose
- Let an application inspect `target` and `inKeyProperty` and append its own messages to `inErrors` ([BR-BIND-051](../../business-rules.md#br-bind-051-property-validator-receives-bind-source-and-error-list)).
