clsCheckBoxBinder binds a CheckBox control's Checked state to a Boolean or legacy Y/N-style String business-object property.

Purpose

• Map a Boolean property directly to Checked, or a String property using a configured checked/unchecked string compared case-insensitively (BR-BIND-016).
