This library holds no compile-time reference to SAIF.BOF.Framework — it has no packages.config and declares no SAIF NuGet package. Instead, clsObjectBinderbase.IsSAIFFrameWorkObject and a duplicate in clsObjectBindManager walk a bound object's runtime base-class chain looking for the names clsBusinessBase or clsBusinessCollectionBase (a behavioral chain-walk, per dependency-resolution.json libraryDensity for this library). The following context was retrieved from SAIF.Framework.Core's own documentation via the Legends CLI RAG service and describes the base classes this library depends on behaviorally, not structurally:

• clsBusinessBase (source library SAIF.Framework.Core) supplies MyGuid, IsNew, IsDeleted, SetValueOnChange(Of T), Rules (clsRulesManager), Save, SaveChild, and ToXml.† This library reads MyGuid as the per-binder validation key (ValidationKey) and reads IsValid (harvested via IDataErrorInfo) to trigger and surface BOF rule evaluation during Validate().†
• Other libraries in the broader SAIF codebase consume clsBusinessBase from SAIF.Framework.Core (entity edit-state management and rules-engine ownership) or from SAIF.Framework.Security (shared framework security primitives behind BOF object infrastructure), depending on the consuming library's layer.† This library's own coupling is limited to the MyGuid / IsValid / IDataErrorInfo surface described above; it does not consume Save, SaveChild, or ToXml.*

• SAIF.Web.API.Clients, SAIF.Web.API.Core, SAIF.Framework.Preferences, SAIF.HashUtil, Newtonsoft.Json and RestSharp are not referenced by this project — unlike its sibling presentation libraries, this library has no NuGet dependency footprint at all.
• The package's .nuspec declares SAIF.BOF.Framework, SAIF.Framework.Common and SAIF.HashUtil as dependencies for the shipped package, even though this project has no reference to any of them; the declared dependency is correct for this library's runtime behavioral requirement on BOF business objects, not for a compile-time need.*
