# HoverHelpControl

`HoverHelpControl` pairs a `Label` trigger with a titled [HoverPanelControl](HoverPanelControl.md), defaulting the popup's header to `"Help"`. It gives pages a labeled, titled help affordance as an alternative to the icon-based [HoverHelp](HoverHelp.md), for contexts where a text link plus a headed popup reads better than an icon.

## Purpose
- Renders a `Label` trigger paired with a titled `HoverPanelControl`, so the popup carries a visible header rather than relying on content alone.
- Defaults `HeaderText` to `"Help"`, giving callers a ready-to-use help affordance without configuring a title per instance.
