# HoverPanelControl

`HoverPanelControl` is the titled variant of [HoverPanel](HoverPanel.md), adding a header bar and indentable content — used by [HoverHelpControl](HoverHelpControl.md) wherever a hover popup needs a visible title rather than being purely content-driven. It inherits the same always-hidden, high-`Z-INDEX`, unencoded-content rendering model as `HoverPanel`. ## Purpose
- Adds a `HeaderText` title bar above the popup content, letting callers label the popup (e.g. "Help") rather than relying purely on content text.
- Adds `ContentIndentPixels` to control left-indentation of the content area independently of the base panel's width.
