The join is expressed as an Oracle comma-join with the predicate in the `WHERE` clause rather than an ANSI `JOIN` clause, but is an explicit equi-join on `REFERENCE_KEY_VALUE`. Direction (master → detail) and 1:N cardinality are inferred from table naming and column distribution; `clsHelpText` reads only the first row, so a master row with multiple detail rows would silently yield only one help text.*
