SQL-002: Retrieve help text list by application code

This statement retrieves every help entry for an application code by joining APPLICATION_HELP_MASTER to APPLICATION_HELP_DETAIL on the reference key value, filtered by application code only. It backs clsHelpTextCollection.GetHelpTexts, which loads one clsHelpText per matching row.
