SAIFMenuTop	Class	`SAIF.Presentation.Web.Controls.V2.Menu`	Top navigation row plus the page action toolbar, gating each toolbar button on the current authorised page's capability flags.
SAIFMenuTop.clsMenuButton	Class	`SAIF.Presentation.Web.Controls.V2.Menu`	Serializable view-state model for one toolbar button's rendered state (visibility, enabled, image, tooltip, access key, one-click behaviour).
SAIFMenuTop.ToolBarButton	Enum	`SAIF.Presentation.Web.Controls.V2.Menu`	Enumerates the logical toolbar actions (`Print`, `Download`, `PrefsSet`, `PrefsClear`, `Help`, `Insert`, `Save`, `Submit`, `Delete`, `Edit`, `Cancel`, `Calculate`, `Preview`, `Email`) raised through `ToolbarClick`.
SAIFImageButton	Class	`SAIF.Presentation.Web.Controls.V2.Menu`	Shared styled image button used by both menu controls, adding an AJAX activity indicator and form-disable-on-click behaviour to the standard `ImageButton`.
