SAIFTabBarTabCollection

A typed, sortable collection of SAIFTabBarTab instances offering ID-based lookup so SAIFTabBar doesn't need to scan tabs manually.

Purpose

• Provides GetTabByID for direct lookup instead of linear search by the caller.
• Supports sortable ordering of the contained tabs via Sorter(Of T).
