Steps

  1. Apply CSS class HoverHelpV2 and register /Resources/Scripts/Controls/HoverHelp.js. (BR-V2-100)
  2. Render the default help icon /Resources/Images/DefaultHelpImage.gif and a pop-up panel sized by PanelWidth and positioned per PopupPosition, containing HelpText. (BR-V2-101, BR-V2-102)
