## Dependency risks and notes
- This library is the **ILMerge host**: `postbuild.bat` merges nine assemblies (including `SAIF.Presentation`, `SAIF.Presentation.Web.Binding.Infragistics111`, `SAIF.Presentation.Web.Controls.V2`, `SAIF.Presentation.Web.Controls.Infragistics111`, `SAIF.Presentation.Web.Controls.V2.Menu`, `SAIF.Presentation.Web.MVC`, `SAIF.Business.Menu` and `SAIF.Presentation.Web.Controls.AJAX.Infragistics111`) into the single shipped `SAIF.Presentation.Web.Infragistics111.dll`. A build failure or version drift in any of these eight libraries blocks this library's release artifact.
- `NavigationContext` opens an Oracle connection as DB user `MENU` using the environment name from `AppSettings("MENU_ENVIRONMENT")`, which is **not declared** in this repository and must be supplied by every hosting application's `web.config`; a missing key fails at first use rather than at startup.*
- `clsMailMessage` resolves the legacy mail SOAP endpoint (`LegacyMailWebServiceUrl`) via `AppGlobal.EnvironmentService.GetConfigSetting` on **every** `SendMail` call rather than caching it, making mail delivery sensitive to environment-service availability at send time.*
