# IPolicyHeaderService

Contract for loading the policy header and the policy relationships from the Policy Header API. `PolicyHeaderService` implements it.

## Purpose
- Supply the header shown at the top of policy pages and the associated policies for the dropdown ([BR-BOLMIDDLEWARE-013](../../business-rules.md#br-bolmiddleware-013-external-association-filtering)).

## Public members
| Member | Signature | Purpose |
| --- | --- | --- |
| `GetHeader` | `PolicyHeader GetHeader(long policyNumber, long? customerId, string? userTypeCode)` | Returns the header for the policy, with associations filtered for the user type. |
| `GetRelationships` | `List<PolicyAssociation> GetRelationships(long policyNumber)` | Returns the policies related to the given policy. |
