SOAP client proxy documentation

This proxy calls the external clsADServices† (ADWebService) service and is carried inside SAIF.Services.Web.Proxies, a packaged proxy library consumed by other libraries in this repository through the SAIF.SAIFCode.Core NuGet package. A public authored wrapper, ActiveDirectoryServiceProxy, is the only type in the repository that touches the generated (internal) client, but nothing in this repository constructs the wrapper itself.
