SOAP client proxy documentation

PDFService is a svcutil-generated proxy for the WCF PDFService cache/imaging service (WCFHost PDFService†), carried in the SAIF.Services.Web.Proxies class library and wrapped by the authored PdfServiceProxy. The wrapper exposes a single GetImage method that calls the contract's one operation, LoadCache, but no source file in this repository constructs PdfServiceProxy or the generated client, so the integration is present and compiled but not reached end-to-end in this repository.
