SOAP client proxy documentation

SMTP is a svcutil-generated proxy for the SAIF-internal ASMX mail service clsSAIFMessage† (http://webqa/sendmail/clsSAIFMessage.asmx), carried in SAIF.Services.Web.Proxies. It is the degenerate case among this library's four SOAP client proxies: the generated client clsSAIFMessageSoapClient is internal, no authored wrapper exists, and no source file in this repository constructs or invokes it. Because of the internal modifier and the absence of InternalsVisibleTo, no downstream consumer of the shipped package can reach it either.
