SOAP client proxy documentation

WorkCalendar is a svcutil-generated proxy for the SAIF-internal ASMX service SAIFDates† (http://saifonline/webservices/SAIFDates/saifdates.asmx), carried in SAIF.Services.Web.Proxies. The authored WorkCalendarServiceProxy wrapper passes through all four contract operations, but no repository source constructs WorkCalendarServiceProxy itself. A separate, external IWorkCalendarService/WorkCalendarService abstraction is what this repository's business code actually depends on for work-calendar logic, and it is not shown to use this proxy.
