# mcoPlanIDs

Small data-transfer type wrapping a single MCO plan ID string, used as the element type of `ActiveMco.mcoPlanIDs` when requesting active MCO claim data. It is declared as its own public class in `ActiveMco.cs`, alongside `ActiveMco`, rather than nested inside it.

## Purpose
- Wraps a single plan ID value in a shape matching the Guidewire MCO claims request payload's expected list-of-objects structure.

## Constraints and usage notes
- `planID` is a public field, not a property (no `get`/`set` accessors), which differs from the property-based style used by most other DTOs in this library.
- The type name uses a lowercase-first, non-PascalCase name (`mcoPlanIDs`) matching the Guidewire JSON contract's naming rather than typical .NET class-naming conventions*.
