# VocationalStatus

VocationalStatus represents a single vocational eligibility/status history entry for a claim, and is the element type of `VocationalDetails.VocationalStatus` (see ../SAIF.Data.Guidewire.Models.ClaimDataApi/VocationalDetails.md), returned by `ClaimDataApiClient.GetGWClaimVocationalDetails(long claimId)` (see ../SAIF.Data.Guidewire.Clients/ClaimDataApiClient.md).
It defines a full set of Claim Center vocational status code constants and, like `VocationalDetails`, declares all members `virtual`.

## Purpose
- Records the vocational eligibility/dispute status assigned at a point in time, the coordinator handling it, and supporting status detail text/codes.
- Exposes named constants for every known Claim Center vocational status code so calling code can compare `StatusCode` without hardcoding strings.

## Behavioral notes
