# MissingTimeLossRepository

`MissingTimeLossRepository` is a sealed `Repository<MissingTimeLossPayment>` specialization exposing a single read-only property that lists claims with missing time-loss payments, sourced from the Oracle package function `PK82001_CLAIM.getMissingTLPayments()`. The property is defined as an explicit interface implementation of `IMissingTimeLossRepository.MissingTimeLossPayments`, so it is only reachable through the interface, not directly on the concrete type.

## Purpose
- Return the current set of claims with missing time-loss payments for downstream follow-up/reporting, via `IMissingTimeLossRepository.MissingTimeLossPayments`.

## Behavioral notes
- The `MissingTimeLossPayments` property is read-only and re-executes the query on every access; it does not cache results between reads*.
- Analysis could not confirm which underlying table(s) `PK82001_CLAIM.getMissingTLPayments()` reads, since the member was absent from the retrieved Oracle package source (`saif-data-nhibernate-db-analysis.md`, SQL-034)**.

## Constraints and usage notes
- Because the member is an explicit interface implementation, code must hold an `IMissingTimeLossRepository` reference (not `MissingTimeLossRepository`) to access `MissingTimeLossPayments`*.
