## Steps

1. Delegate to `ICCClaimApiService.RestoreClaimBillToQueue(taskId)`.
   - Delegates: SAIF.Data / `CCClaimApiService.RestoreClaimBillToQueue`.
   - The legacy [SQL-051](../sql/SQL-051-restore-bill-to-queue-unused.md) is unused.
