Steps

1. The constructor validates the unit of work with Enforce.ArgumentNotNull.
2. Rule: SDN-BR-030.
3. Delegates: SAIF.Framework.Core / Enforce.
4. GetProviderByTaxIdBatch(taxId): LINQ over Provider / ProviderTaxId (tables PROVIDER, PROVIDER_TAX_ID).
5. GetProviderAddresses(providerId, addressType), and the typed variants:
6. GetProviderPaymentAddresses uses "PAY".
7. GetProviderPhysicalAddresses uses "PHY".
8. Table: PROVIDER_ADDRESS.
