Translation notes:
- `x.Claim.Id` is the `InjuryClaim` Id, so it resolves to the owner FK column `EP.CLAIM_ID` with no join; `CL_INJURY_CLAIM` is not accessed as a separate table.
- The method returns a deferred `IQueryable`. The SQL runs when the caller enumerates it.
