Translation notes:

- `b.Patient.Provider` is a non-identifier property of `EbillPatient`, so `EBILL_PATIENT` is joined. `.Batch` is a non-identifier property of `EbillProvider`, so `EBILL_PROVIDER` is joined (alias `EP2`).
- `Select(x => x.Id)` is a projection, so only `E.EBILL_SEQ_NUM` is selected.
