Translation notes:
- There is no `Select` projection. `FirstOrDefault` materializes the entire `Policy` entity, and `?.AccountNumber` (`ACCOUNT_NUM`) is read in memory.
- `OFFICE_CODE` is mapped both as a property and as the `References(Office)` FK; it is selected once.
