Translation notes:
- `IsIn(...)` is a SAIF custom extension method, not a registered NHibernate LINQ generator; against a real NHibernate provider it would most likely throw `NotSupportedException`. The `NOT IN` form is the intended semantics, **uncertain** as a translation.
- `AddCode` pattern as described for SQL-266 (9 calls, lines 33-41).
