SettlementInformation

SettlementInformation implements SAIF.Core.Contracts.Claims.Information.IClaimSettlement and is the read-only settlement snapshot Claim.SettlementInformation builds for a claim: CDA (claim disposition agreement) and DCS (disputed claim settlement) issue dates and status flags, with the DCS full/partial distinction derived from the claim's DCS type code (DOM-BR-185).

Purpose

  • Carries a claim's CDA/DCS issue dates and final-denial flag exactly as read from the claim entity.
  • Derives IsDcs/IsDcsFull/IsDcsPartial from the claim's DCS type code ("F" = full, "P" = partial) so callers do not need to interpret the raw code themselves (DOM-BR-185).

Behavioral notes

  • All properties are populated once by Claim.SettlementInformation at construction time; the type itself performs no lazy loading or re-querying.
  • IsDcs/IsDcsFull/IsDcsPartial remain at their default (false) values whenever the claim's DcsType is null, since Claim.SettlementInformation only sets them inside a non-null DcsType check*.

Constraints and usage notes

  • This type is a plain data holder; it exposes no behavior beyond the settable properties Claim populates.
