SQL-027: CertificateHolder expire update

CertificateHolder.Expire sets IsExpired to true and stamps the updating user on the loaded CertificateHolder. NHibernate persists the change via dirty-check detection at flush*. (Reinstate performs the inverse, setting IsExpired to false.)

Sample SQL

Inferred SQL: This SQL was inferred from the LINQ statement above and the NHibernate mappings. It is not concrete SQL from source code; NHibernate generates the executed statement at runtime, so aliases, column order, join syntax, and bind-parameter names may differ.

Translation notes: - No explicit Update() call: under the stateful strategy RepositoryBase.Update is a no-op and the UPDATE is emitted by NHibernate dirty-checking at Commit() flush (Legends: SAIF.Framework.Data.NHibernate RepositoryBase / business-rules). The mapping declares no DynamicUpdate(), so NHibernate sends every updatable mapped column, not only the ones changed here. - No version column — no optimistic-concurrency predicate. - :IsExpired = 'Y' (YesNoType, CertificateHolderMap.cs:19). Reinstate() (lines 60-65) produces the same shape with 'N'. - The C# code assigns DateTime. Now client-side before flush; the value is bound as an ordinary parameter (no server date function). - Prior page named the column IS_EXPIRED; the mapped column is EXPIRED_FLAG.
