# SAIF.Services.ClaimInfoApi.Core dependencies

SAIF.Services.ClaimInfoApi.Core is a self-contained leaf library: it has no `<ProjectReference>` entries, no `<PackageReference>`/`packages.config` NuGet dependencies, and no framework references beyond the .NET base class library (`System`, `System.Core`, `System.Xml.Linq`, `System.Data.DataSetExtensions`, `Microsoft.CSharp`, `System.Data`, `System.Net.Http`, `System.Xml`), so its dependency landscape is limited to inbound packaging and consumption rather than outbound references.

## Internal dependencies

None. The project file declares no `<ProjectReference>` entries, and no other in-repository project references this library's namespace directly.

## External dependencies

None. `SAIF.Services.ClaimInfoApi.Core.csproj` has no `<PackageReference>` elements and no `packages.config`; all references are plain BCL `<Reference>` elements (`System`, `System.Core`, `System.Xml.Linq`, `System.Data.DataSetExtensions`, `Microsoft.CSharp`, `System.Data`, `System.Net.Http`, `System.Xml`), used for `System.Linq.Expressions` (LINQ expression trees) and `System.Reflection` (`Type.GetType`, `GetMethod`, `GetProperty`).

## Dependency risks and notes
- **No in-repo consumer via project reference.** No `<ProjectReference>` to this project exists anywhere in the repository; the only known consumer, `Web/SAIF.Web.Mvc/SAIF.SAIFCode.Web.Mvc.csproj` (lines 157–158), references the packaged `SAIF.Services.ClaimInfoApi.Core.dll` from `packages\SAIF.SAIFCode.Core.2.0.22164.1\lib\net462\` rather than the source project.
- **Packaging depends on a full solution build.** This library is packed into `SAIF.SAIFCode.Core` via explicit `<file>` entries (lines 77–78 of `Core/SAIF.Core/SAIF.SAIFCode.Core.nuspec`) with `IncludeReferencedProjects: false`, so its `bin\` output must already exist from a prior solution build; nothing project-references it to trigger that build automatically.
- **Duplicated engine.** `Services/SAIF.Services.WebApi/ClaimInfoAPI.Core/NotificationRuleEngine.cs` (namespace `ClaimInfoAPI.Core`, non-eligible) is a divergent copy of this engine that instead depends on `SAIF.Common.Extensions`; it is unknown which copy is authoritative for a deployed Claim Info API**.
- **Unresolved data source.** No code in this repository builds a `SAIF.Services.ClaimInfoApi.Core.NotificationMatrix`; how a consumer populates rule data is not visible from this library**.
