# Edi999File

Represents an EDI X12 999 (Functional Acknowledgement) transaction set — the acceptance/rejection response used by `EbillingService.ProcessEOBAcknowledgementFile` to process 835 EOB acknowledgement responses via AK9/AK2/IK5 segments. It wraps a raw `IEdiFile`'s segments under the `I999File` contract, and carries a reference to the `Batch` the acknowledgement pertains to.

## Purpose
- Adapts a generic `IEdiFile` segment list into the `I999File` contract shape expected by 999 acknowledgement-processing logic.
- Associates the acknowledgement transaction set with the e-billing `Batch` it pertains to.
