NodeHelper

Provides a single static factory that converts a Worker domain model into a ContactItem for the Claim Information API, copying email, address, and name, and attaching the worker's primary and message phone numbers when present.

Purpose

  • Produces a consistent ContactItem representation of a worker (email, address, formatted name) for use across node builders that need to display worker contact information.
  • Attaches primary and message phone numbers to the contact only when they are set on the worker.

Context

  • Namespace: SAIF.Services.Claims.Information.Api
  • Assembly/package: SAIF.Services (packaged inside the SAIF.SAIFCode.Core NuGet package)

Public members

Member Signature Purpose
BuildWorkerContact(worker) public static ContactItem BuildWorkerContact(Worker worker) Builds and returns a ContactItem populated with the worker's email, address, name, and formatted first-name-first display name, adding primary and message phone numbers when they exist on the worker.

Behavioral notes

  • The method assumes worker is non-null (guarded only by a code-analysis suppression, not a runtime null check).

Constraints and usage notes

  • Phone numbers are appended in a fixed order — primary phone first, then message phone — only when each is non-null.
