# IFinancialTransactionService

Defines the contract for issuing check and recovery financial transactions against Guidewire's Financial Data API for legal bills, subpoena recipients, and claim recoveries. Its sole implementation, `FinancialTransactionService`, backs each method with a call to `IFinancialDataApiClient` after resolving payee addresses and validating required inputs.

## Purpose
- Standardizes how legal-bill check payments, subpoena-recipient check payments, and claim recoveries are requested from the financial-transaction layer, independent of the underlying Guidewire client implementation.
