# Edi999File

Represents a parsed EDI 999 (functional acknowledgment) transaction file, implementing `I999File` and extending `EdiFile` (from `SAIF.Common.Files.Edi`) to add a `Batch` reference, constructed by copying the segments and file name from an already-parsed generic `IEdiFile`.

## Purpose
- Wraps a generically parsed `IEdiFile` as a strongly typed EDI 999 acknowledgment file, carrying its segments and file name forward.
- Associates the 999 file with the `Batch` it acknowledges.
