MajorisImageExporter

A concrete McoImageExporter for the "Majoris" Medical Care Organization: it supplies the Majoris MCO plan ID and MCO_NAME used by the shared export pipeline, and resolves active/newly-enrolled Majoris claims through IClaimDataApiClient.GetGWActiveMCOClaims (Guidewire). It shares all of McoImageExporter's collaborators — IUnitOfWork, IEnvironmentService, IImagingClient, IFileSystem, and IClaimDataApiClient — passing them straight through to the base constructor.

Purpose

• Identifies the Majoris MCO plan (MAJORIS_MCO_PLAN_ID = "ff") and working-directory name ("Majoris") used throughout the shared export pipeline.
• Retrieves claims currently actively enrolled with the Majoris MCO via a Guidewire active-MCO-claims query.
• Retrieves claims newly enrolled with the Majoris MCO on a specific enrollment date, filtering the Guidewire result to that exact date.

Behavioral notes

• GetActiveMcoClaims builds a Guidewire ActiveMco query scoped to the Majoris plan ID and calls GetGWActiveMCOClaims with activeMCOOnly = true, returning the raw claimsInfo list (which may be null if Guidewire returns none).
• GetNewlyEnrolledMcoClaims calls GetGWActiveMCOClaims without the active-only flag, then filters the returned claims in-memory to only those whose mcoEffectiveDate matches dateOfEnrollment's date, returning an empty list if Guidewire returns no results.
• All working-directory validation, image export, error-retry, and error-translation behavior is fully implemented by the shared McoImageExporter base and reused unchanged for the Majoris MCO*.
