Translation notes:
- No generator is declared on `Id(PolicyNumber)`; FluentNHibernate defaults an integral identifier to the `identity` generator, which the Oracle10 dialect does not provide as a native column type. The INSERT is shown with `POLICY_NUM` bound from `:PolicyNumber` as set by the caller; the exact runtime behaviour of this default on Oracle could not be confirmed statically.
